Penny was the first donkey born at Pastures and Creek.  Penny is very heavy boned and has passed her fantastic confirmation along to her 2008 black NLP jack foal.   She is an outstanding mother and because she is so wide, has a very easy time giving birth.  Penny is our only donkey that does not have the typical "in your lap" personality.  She is shy and therefore is offered below what her true potential is.  Once you get a halter on her, she is just fine..

Tootsie is the dam of Stella and produces fine foals.  She has the perfect temperment and has solid conformation.  She is very gentle and a great mother.  Tootsie is one of our favorites and is an outstanding baby sitter for weanlings.  For her age she is in excellent shape...a beautiful gray dun.
